These guys do not know what they are doing, could not set up an doctors appointment or follow up with you, and let you know what is going on with the case, I got into a real bad car accident can probably never work again, my truck was totaled, was rear ended at a red light, it took them over two year for them to tell you that they can’t help you. I really wish I went with a different attorney. These guys can’t help to save your life.
I contacted Zinda with a strong case of DTPA perpetrated against me, in writing, by allwell by Wellcare Ins Co. I was told I had a "strong case" and would be contacted within 14 days. That was 37 days ago. I have called 3 times for updates. No reply. Very poor opinion of this less than adequate law firm.
My team did an amazing job working on my case. They worked hard and were very communicative. They even helped me with setting doctors appointments and making sure I received the care that I needed. I highly recommend Zinda Law Group to work on your case.
Called, they didn't approve taking on my case. Lost just about everything, including my health, and am struggling to avoid homelessness. However, they weren't the only ones, must have been the Tucson Sorros DA.
So my experience wasn't great, but they put me on their mailing list, and asked for a review.
